Each participating State Party is requested to provide the Technical Secretariat with the name and designation of each participating member of its delegation, by submitting one completed registration form for each of member of the delegation, no later than Monday, 13 November 2017.
Signatory and Observer States should submit a notification to the Secretariat with the names of participants.
The original credentials of each representative shall be submitted to the Director-General no later than Monday, 20 November 2017.
In order for the original credentials to be considered by the Credentials Committee, credentials should be submitted at the earliest possible opportunity.
After the deadline has expired, this can be done, by note verbale or in person, with the Political Affairs and Protocol Branch, at the OPCW Headquarters.
The very latest opportunity to submit credentials is Monday, 27 November 2017, at the External Relations Office in the World Forum, from 10:00 – 13:00.
Credentials are required only of the representative of each State Party, and not of additional members of the delegation.
Participants and the media are responsible for obtaining visas, if required, for entry into the Netherlands. Visa requirements and exemptions for each country are listed here.
Delegates whose country of residence does not have a consular mission of the Netherlands may obtain a visa from the mission of another country that is also party to the Schengen Agreement and that could be issuing visas on behalf of the Netherlands.

Check-In and Badge Pick-Up
Participants are urged to check-in and collect their badge as soon as possible after arrival in The Hague. Conference badges will be issued to all Conference participants and will be available for pick up starting Friday, 24 November. Make sure to bring valid government-issued photo-ID.

Conference badges must be worn visibly at all times in the Conference area and will be required as identification at official OPCW venues other than the World Forum.
